Exchanges and returns

The return of ordered Creative Depo goods is carried out in the cases and in accordance with the conditions regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

In case of returning the product, you need:

1) contact the manager with whom the communication was conducted and warn about the intentions;

2) send the purchased goods. The product must be new (without signs of use and damage), the factory packaging must be preserved;

4) the refund to the payment card is carried out within 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the refund;

5) return shipping is at the buyer’s expense except in cases of our fault.
